Outside there are two garden spa treatment salas, a meditation/recreation sala in the middle of the lotus pond reached by walking over a small bridge, and a refreshing 20m pool. Inside is the gym get the circulation going and burn those calories while at the other extreme within the spa is a salt flotation tank for deep relaxation.
